Lee is a Tallahassee native who loves all things real estate. She has been a full-time house renovator since 2014, and she has wholesaled and flipped over 200 houses in and around the Tallahassee area. Over the years she has owned the Panacea motel, several multifamily properties, and hundreds of single-family homes.
She is also a real estate broker with Bespoke Realty, where she brings an innovative vision to every property she shows or lists for clients.
Lee is always up for a challenge. She loves solving puzzles and problems with any property or situation, and she enjoys the creative side of taking a house from a tear-down to a beautiful family home. Ever optimistic, she looks for creative ways to buy and sell property even in a down market.
Why she coaches: Lee thoroughly enjoys helping people learn and grow in their real estate journey. She wants to help you avoid the mistakes she has made over the years, so you can start with the benefit of her experience.
Flipping Simple provides education and coaching. It is separate from Lee's brokerage work, and coaching does not include listing or brokerage services.
Tim is originally from England and brings an out-of-the-box thinking style that has always helped him in business. He has been an active, full-time investor since 2014, has creatively wholesaled and flipped over 200 properties, and has been involved in numerous creative financing deals.
He is the author of the book 32c to Millionaire: The Real Estate Guide to Not Being Broke. A natural problem solver, Tim always figures out a way through an issue. Whether he is overseeing flips, consulting for other investors and past clients, or coaching new and existing students, he is the one who gets the job done.
Why he coaches: Tim loves helping clients learn the business and watching them grow personally. He is a resourceful, positive force for his family, friends, and clients, and a great person to have on your side.

We run a free one-hour class, in-person coaching appointments, and offer a wholesaling guide. We explain the strategies, show you how to evaluate deals, and help you plan realistic next steps.
